Carlo
Missio is a Landscape Architect with a strong interest in the public
realm and the interaction between people and the places they occupy.
Over the past 10 years he has worked a number of exciting projects and competitions in a variety of locations
including Australian, Asia & Europe. Areas of expertise include conceptual design, detailed design &
documentation, construction supervision, master planning, urban
design, public realm, landscape and infrastructure projects. He
also maintains a strong interest in sustainability, through the use
of alternative infrastructure and sensitive material selection. “I
believe that the profession of Landscape Architecture has an integral
role to play in the realm of sustainable design and urban development
as well as interaction with the communities who occupy these places”.

Mark is a dedicated practitioner of Landscape Architecture with over 12
years experience. Since 1996 he has practiced throughout
Australia and Ireland. Mark has provided Landscape Architectural
services for both the public and private realm in Urban, sub-urban and
rural environments. His enthusiasm for the profession has seen
him guest lecture at RMIT University and Secondary schools in both
countries. Marks' skills include : Urban Design, Landscape
Architecture, Master planning, Project Management, Construction
supervision, production of Tender and Construction Documentation and
production of high quality presentation material. Mark has a
specific interest in the exploration and use of materials and new
technologies in Landscape Architecture and advocates the importance of
quality detailed design for successful public realm environments.
